1. General Provisions and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the th666 platform and all its related services. By using th666's website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using th666's services. th666 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the website, and continued use of the service will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use services on th666, the following conditions must be met:

• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• A person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and, if detected, the account(s) will be terminated.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression to a higher tier depends on overall activity and participation on the platform. th666 reserves the right to change VIP benefit details, calculation methods, and policies.

Cashback funds may have their own wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time of the award. th666 has the authority to downgrade a VIP tier or remove a player from the program for any reason.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the th666 platform:

• Registering using a false identity or fake information.
• Strategic bonus abuse — such as placing risk-free negative bets or exploiting the system by any other method.
• Gaining an advantage using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting technical glitches in the platform. If such a glitch is detected, the support team must be informed immediately.
• Harassing or behaving disrespectfully toward other players.
• Using any content, trademark, or intellectual property of the platform without permission.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities above will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Before closing your account, please ensure that:

• All active bonus conditions have been met or the bonus has been cancelled.
• The available balance has been withdrawn.
• There are no pending withdrawals.

th666 also reserves the right to close an account for any reason, especially in cases of breach of these Terms. Where applicable, any valid balance will be returned.

14. Service Changes and Interruptions

th666 reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any service, game, promotion, or feature without prior notice. Temporary service disruptions may occur during maintenance or technical upgrades.

th666 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from such changes. However, a fair resolution will be sought for any affected transactions.

15. Contact and Enforceability of Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, it will have no effect on the enforceability of the remaining parts. The complete Terms constitute the entire agreement between the platform and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
